Our 60 Day Itch & Smell Free Guarantee
We stand behind Furli. If your dog’s ears aren’t itch and smell free within 60 days of delivery, we’ll give you a full refund. You can even use every last drop.
How to claim your refund
- Email us at TryFurli@proton.me within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a short note about your dog’s results.
- That’s it. You don’t need to send back used or empty bottles.
We’ll reply within 1 to 2 business days and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Unopened bottles
Changed your mind? You can return unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of those bottles. Email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaks in transit, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Bundles
The guarantee covers your whole order, including 3 packs and 5 packs. If Furli doesn’t work for your dog, we refund the full amount you paid.
Fine print
- The guarantee applies to orders placed on tryfurli.com only. Furli is not sold anywhere else.
- 1 guarantee refund per customer or household.
- Original shipping charges are refunded on guarantee claims.
- We may decline claims that show clear abuse of this policy.
